If you are interested in meeting and beginning to work with me, please head online to search and book an appointment time that works with your schedule. Please email me if you can’t find a time that works or you encounter problems booking a time. When I am over capacity and cannot take new clients, then you may have difficulties booking online as my software system restricts new bookings. If this is the case, then please email me to alert me of your interest and then add your name to my waitlist (https://jeffhay.janeapp.com/wait_list/new?discipline_id=2) as things always run in a cycle. Counselling is a helping profession and I am quite active in working through my list to help as many people as possible.
Longer sessions, full day intensives, and weekend workshops available. Please ask me more about those programs.
Lack of financial resources should never be a barrier to accessing quality therapy, so I do offer a sliding scale and certain appointment slots for clients with special financial situations. Please drop me an email to inquire about these options.

As a proud member of the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (#15923), many extended employee benefits may cover our counselling sessions together. In most cases, you pay me directly and then submit the official emailed receipt to your provider.
